1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship all across Pakistan. Our logistics partners may include reliable courier services such as Leopards, M&P, TCS, or other courier companies depending on your location. Many Shopify merchants in Pakistan integrate courier apps to manage shipments and tracking directly from their store.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Typical charges:

Standard Delivery: PKR 200–300
Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 5,000 (if applicable)

Shipping rates may vary depending on the city or courier charges.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your package.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you did not receive your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier.
